Between 1997-  2004 year common Asya Finance partner and Mayna Maritime owner Ilhan Isbilen , became a partner  and a management committee president of the bank participation Turkter which is the sheet iron workshop to become a shipyard and to be managed.

    The company which creating employment to the Tuzla area`s  professional engineers
subcontractors and workers, became one  from the region's counted shipyards in the short period, alongside its investments.
Our works  giving  his fruits at the short time by our professional staff who started owing to his superior effort and performance, 16  large and small  tankers, dried load, Ro-Ro the blocks, mega yachts and  tugboats to the immovable and foreign shipowners` companies, it has been to do. They handled their ships at their harbor besides the repairs to do.

Again Mayna Maritime  with  the Algerian shipowners algerian engineers, subcontractors, their workers while doing a ship construction at the same time and  cares to transport its units to the life.
